College of Charleston (2-9) at Hofstra (7-4): The Cougars have won two of their last three games entering Sunday. They are led by Erin Hall who is averaging 10.5 points per game and Bre Bolden who is averaging 9.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Hofstra has won four of its last five games and are holding opponents to 55 points per game in that stretch. The Pride is led by Elo Edeferioka who is averaging 11.2 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.
Elon (7-4) at Delaware (5-6): Elon makes its CAA debut at Delaware. The Phoenix has won three of their last four entering Sunday. Elon is led by Zora Stephenson who is averaging 10.7 points per game. Rookie Shay Burnett is the second-leading scorer, tallying 10.2 points a game. Delaware is coming off a win over Rider which snapped a three-game skid. Three Blue Hens are averaging double digits in scoring, including Courtni Green who is posting 15.5 points per game.
Northeastern (3-7) at Drexel (6-5): The Dragons are a perfect 4-0 at home this season but returns to the DAC for just the second time since November. Drexel is led by Sarah Curran, who is averaging 13.4 points per game, and Rachel Pearson, the reigning CAA Player of the Week, who is posting 11.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Northeastern split its last two games of the nonconference season. The Huskies are led by A’lece Mark who is averaging 15.3 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Tiffany Montagne is also averaging double figures with 12.2 points per game.
Towson (4-8) at #RV/RV James Madison (9-2): The Dukes begin defense of their CAA crown by hosting the Tigers. JMU, which has been in and out of the national polls all season, has won 15 consecutive home games. The Dukes are led by Precious Hall whose 23.5 points per game ranks her seventh in the country in scoring. Transfer Ashley Perez has made an impact in her first three games, posting 14.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per contest. The Tigers have been led offensively by LaTorri Hines-Allen, who is putting up 18.6 points a night. Rookie Breonn Hughey has been strong for the Tigers, averaging 5.2 assists and 5.1 points per game.
William & Mary (6-5) at UNCW (4-7): UNCW’s Kelva Atkins is on fire entering CAA play. She’s averaging 28 points per game over the last three contests and dropped in 40 points against Charleston Southern and then had 37 against FAU. Sophomore Ryan Flowers is also playing well, averaging a double-double over her last four games. William & Mary is one of the top-shooting teams in the CAA this season, connecting 42 percent of the time. Sophomore Marlena Tremba is averaging 16.5 points per game while Jazmen Boone is posting 12.6 points and 7.2 rebounds.
